VW/AUDI Touareg/Q7 US Spec 3.0 TDI DPF racepipe – 2009-2016

This pipe is designed to remove the DPF unit only, while maintaining proper fitment with the rest of the exhaust system. The pipe is 2.5 inches in diameter and made from SS304 stainless steel. The flanges are also made from SS304 stainless steel and are 3/8 inch thick for added rigidity and reliability.

The hanger is manufactured from 1/2 inch SS304 stainless steel rod to provide maximum support and long-term service life.

The assembly uses a hybrid welding process. The flanges are welded in our robotic welding cell using high-speed pulse welding, which reduces heat input and helps prevent flange distortion. The hanger is TIG welded for a clean and precise finish.

ECU recalibration is required when installing this hardware.
