DPF delete kit for Jetta/Golf/Passat

All our exhaust systems are backed by a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects.

CNC mandrel bent to maintain internal diameter and ensure smooth exhaust flow, and all assemblies are precision TIG welded. 

 Every component in the kit is made from stainless steel — we do not use mild steel or plated hardware.

The flex section includes an internal interlock liner for increased durability.

ECU recalibration is required when installing this hardware.

An optional High-Flow CAT/DOC (200-cell metallic core with SS304 shell) is available 

to help reduce diesel exhaust odor.

The kit include :

• 2.5″ SS304 Downpipe, TIG welded

• CNC-machined SS304 turbo flange

• 2.5″ SS304 Midpipe with swaged end to connect to OEM exhaust

• Laser-cut stainless mounting bracket with bolt and serrated flange nut

• Stainless steel band clamp

• Stainless steel EGR block-off plate
